For Democrates and Non-partisans in Farmington FA01 you can stay home as there are no contests needing your vote. Republicans only have one contest to decide and that is for State Treasurer. Your choices are for either Richard Ellis or Mark Walker.
Remember that the polling location for residents in FA01 has changed from Eagle Bay Elementary to the Davis County Events Center. Here is the address:

The Ellis/Walker contest for State Treasurer has has some interesting press. Ellis claims that Walker offered to Ellis that Ellis could keep his current job as Deputy State Tresurer at a higher salary if Ellis droped out of the race. Ellis has taken a complaint to Lt. Gov. Herbert and to court regarding the matter. Here are some article about the race:

The 2008 Republican Caucuses will be held on Tueday March 25 at 7:00PM (tomorrow night).

Saturday Flyer Distribution and Hot Dog Wagon
We will be meeting at the Farmington Bay Elementary school Saturday at 11:00 AM to deliver our final flyers and to drum up interest in the City Council candidates with the hot dog/drink wagon. The candidates and wagon will be circling the neighborhoods, and we will deliver the flyers at the same time. Anyone who can come and help would be appreciated. A special thanks goes out to all those who have donate time and money to make the flyers, posters, and the wagon event possible.
Along with the newly placed signs throughout the neighborhoods this flyer and hot dog wagon will be the last effort by the Farmington Citizens Committee to get the word out on Joel, Cory, and Carmen. Please come on Saturday to show your support. Don't forget to vote next Tuesday the 6th. If you can't vote on Tuesday swing by the County Clerks office by Friday (November 2nd) and cast an early ballot.

Davis County Early Voting Schedule

Early voting at the County Clerk's office in Farmington runs October 24 to 27 and October 30 to November 3 during business hours.
West Farmington (FA1) Has Massive 36% Voter Turn Out in the Primary Election
Posted September 13th, 2007 by adminThe Farmington City website has posted voter participation data for the September 11th Primary Election. Precinct FA1 which is all residents west of I-15 had a tremendeous turnout of 36% of registered voters. Of the 12 voting precincts exactly a third (33%) of all ballots cast on Tuesday came from FA1. This seems to be a clear indicator to government officials that FA1 residents want their voices heard. Primary Voting Information
Posted September 7th, 2007 by adminSeptember 11, 2007 will be the Municipal Primary Election for Farmington Utah. This election will whittle down the Farmington City Council Candidates from 9 people to 6. The candidates that FarmingtonCitizens.org endorses are here: City Council Candidates. Or in other words a healthy dose of vitamin "C"; Cook, Cory, and Carmen.
Polls are open 7:00 AM to 8:00PM.
Most residents residing west of the i-15 will vote at:
